I like to consider myself a "Corporate American Refugee". The first part of my professional career was in IT. I was a Systems Engineer for Apollo Education Group. I have 23 years' experience in the IT field. My degree is in Computer Science. I received that degree from SUNY Polytech Institute in 1994.

I have completed 220 hours of training with the following Educational Institutes:

In addition, I have completed 144 hours of Craniosacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute.
SCNM - Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition (to be completed in Summer 2022)
Additional Certification
I've recently received my certification in Nutrition. After working with bodies for 8 years, I realized that nutrition plays a key role in pain management and managing lymphedema. I used this program to get my health back on track after the lockdown.
